Kacy and MB take you through a 2 hour workshop of yin yoga poses, with Thai Massage assists. (Think the ultimate in deep stretch)

Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage

Kacy and MB will guide you through a 2 hour restorative yoga session complete with Thai Assists. Ultimate Relaxation on a chilly December day.
